Job Description Summary Associate Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, ensuring a high level of service at all times. Associate Property Managers are also responsible for building and motivating high performing teams to maximize the performance of the property.

Job Description ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

ÂÂ Assisting the Regional Property Manager with the overall operations of the building.ÂÂ

Ensuring the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment.ÂÂÂ

Overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, etc.ÂÂ

Providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability.ÂÂÂ

Complete lease/renewal paperwork to ensure completionÂtoÂcompany standards.ÂÂ

Track and evaluate advertising, and all client traffic.ÂÂ

Leading by example, Instilling,Âmaintaining, and modeling the Cushman & Wakefield mission to be the best national management company.ÂÂ

Supervise day-to-day operations of entire on-site team, ensuring that all Cushman & Wakefield policies and procedures are being followed.ÂÂ

Maintain effective on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coachingÂteamÂas necessary.ÂÂ

Maintain residents' filesÂin accordance withÂcompany'sÂstandards.ÂÂ

Maintain a positive living environment for community residents through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up.ÂÂ

Manage andÂmaintainÂall aspects ofÂoverallÂcommunity budget and finances.ÂÂ

Work with leasing staff to ensure that leasing/marketing goals areÂbeing met.ÂÂ

ÂÂ COMPETENCIES:

 Effective communication and customer service skillsÂÂ

Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation skillsÂÂ

General office, bookkeeping and sales skills and excellent oral and written communication skillsÂÂ

DetermineÂleasing opportunitiesÂofÂstaff and work on goal setting; improving the performance of each staff member.ÂÂ

Supervise day-to-day operations ofÂteam, ensuring that all C&W policies and procedures are being followed.ÂÂ

Work with leasing staff to ensure that leasing/marketing goals areÂbeing met.ÂÂ

Be able to manage a teamÂÂ

 Bachelorâ™s Degree preferredÂÂÂ

ÂÂ 3+ years of Property Management experienceÂÂÂ

1+ years of Management experienceÂÂ

WORK ENVIRONMENT

ÂÂ This jobÂoperatesÂin a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filingÂcabinetsÂand fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.ÂÂ PHYSICAL DEMANDS
