Join AWS as a GTM Strategy Leader for Modernization! AWS is looking for a dynamic individual to lead the go-to-market strategy, partner ecosystem development, and revenue growth for AWS modernization and agentic transformation globally. This role marries technical expertise in modernization with strategic business insight, aiming to accelerate customer adoption of AWS modernization solutions. In this role, you will craft and implement comprehensive GTM strategies, forge strategic partnerships, empower sales teams, and spearhead market leadership within the modernization realm. You will act as a bridge between technology, business strategy, and customer success, effectively translating the modernization-to-intelligence lifecycle into attractive business value propositions that resonate with C-suite executives and drive tangible outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute global go-to-market strategy for AWS modernization and agentic transformation services, including value propositions, messaging frameworks, positioning strategies, and adoption programs. Establish GTM metrics, KPIs, and success criteria to measure program effectiveness and business impact across all modernization initiatives. Engage C-level executives (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs) at strategic accounts through briefings, workshops, and immersion days to effectively convey the business value of modernization. Develop business case frameworks, ROI models, and financial analyses that quantify modernization benefits such as cost savings, agility, and innovation velocity. Design and deliver inclusive sales enablement programs for account teams, solution architects, and partner sales organizations. Establish criteria for modernization opportunity qualification, develop pipeline strategies, and conduct field training to enhance sales competency. Demonstrate AWS thought leadership through public speaking engagements, whitepapers, analyst briefings, industry events, and relationship cultivation with key analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IDC). Capture and share customer success stories and case studies, contributing insights to AWS blog posts and technical documentation. Collaborate with AWS service teams to influence product roadmaps and work in tandem with marketing on integrated campaigns and demand generation programs. Partner with Training & Certification to develop modernization learning paths and ensure alignment with Professional Services for a seamless customer experience. Engage with AWS Executive Leadership to report on GTM performance, co-author operating plans, and drive cross-functional initiatives across multiple business units. Basic Qualifications: 6+ years of technology-related sales, marketing, or business development experience. 5+ years of experience working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies such as Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, or Cloud Operations. Proven experience in developing and executing GTM strategies on a large scale. Strong background in developing profitable partner ecosystems. Experience in addressing complex business challenges with impactful financial models, analysis, and recommendations. Bachelor's degree required. Preferred Qualifications: AWS Solutions Architect Certification. Experience leading large-scale Digital or Global IT Transformation initiatives. Recognized expertise as a thought leader in the IT industry related to enterprise IT infrastructure. Strong analytical skills combined with effective communication abilities. Experience related to Cloud Architecture, Systems Design, Software Development, Infrastructure Architecture, Data Engineering, or DevOps. Hands-on experience in infrastructure, troubleshooting, systems administration, networking, DevOps, or applications development. The estimated salary range for this position is: $176,100.00 - $238,200.00 annually. Your compensation package will also include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, and location.
