Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Remote

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling all customer interactions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
Assist with processing rental applications and lease agreements
Coordinate and schedule property showings for potential tenants
Conduct property inspections and ensure properties are well-maintained
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers
Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Knowledge of real estate and property management is a plus
Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends, as needed
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
