About the Role:
As the
Internet Director , you'll oversee our internet sales operations, lead a high-performing team, and implement innovative strategies to boost lead generation and conversion rates. You'll play a pivotal role in driving the dealership's success, leveraging tools like Elead CRM to streamline operations and enhance customer engagement.

Develop and execute strategies to increase internet lead volume by 30%. Manage, train, and motivate the internet sales team to exceed performance goals. Oversee the effective use of Elead CRM to improve lead tracking, follow-up, and customer interactions. Collaborate with marketing to enhance our online presence and digital advertising ROI. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure a top-tier customer experience throughout the sales process. What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as an Internet Director or similar role in a high-volume automotive dealership. Demonstrated success in increasing internet lead volume and improving conversion rates. Strong proficiency with Elead CRM (or equivalent systems). Excellent leadership and team-building skills. A data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Commitment to customer satisfaction and achieving results.
