Non-Exempt Position Purpose As a Mascot Performer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the brand visibility of Liberty Tax Service, driving customer engagement, and boosting revenue at your designated location. Position Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks Catch the attention of passersby by enthusiastically waving at traffic while wearing the mascot costume. Engage in business-to-business marketing while proudly showcasing your mascot uniform. Perform additional duties as assigned to support marketing efforts. Position Qualifications Enthusiastic and energetic personality. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with the public. Ability to build positive relationships with business owners. Physical Demands and Work Environment Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Physical endurance to wave, dance, and stand in the mascot costume for up to eight hours. This role may require travel and driving between different businesses for marketing initiatives.
