* Support PGE’s engagement with the Bonneville Power Administration on transmission policy, business practices, and planning initiatives.* Monitor and analyze BPA policy changes including:
+ Transmission service policies
+ Business practice updates
+ Grid Access Transformation initiatives
+ Transmission planning developments* Coordinate internally to ensure PGE stakeholders understand and respond to evolving BPA processes and technical requirements.* Support preparation of technical analyses, stakeholder comments, and internal briefing materials related to BPA initiatives.* Project economics* Market access benefits* Resource integration value* Reliability and capacity benefits.* Monitor regional transmission developments across the Western Interconnection, including:
+ Interregional transmission proposals
+ Transmission planning initiatives
