As a Senior Client Consultant focusing on the semiconductor market, you will be a vital subject matter expert and relationship manager, responsible for developing strategies to grow client engagement. You will advise technical teams during client pursuits and utilize your expertise to drive business development initiatives. Your role will encompass establishing strong connections with clients and promoting our full range of services, ensuring that we meet their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive client growth strategies to identify new opportunities.
Understand client needs and preferences by fostering deep industry knowledge, providing tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts, including clients and community stakeholders.
Guide internal collaboration on community engagement initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Align technical and project management expertise to fulfill client objectives.
Oversee project pursuits, managing expectations and ensuring contract compliance.
Lead proposal efforts, coordinating with teams to represent projects effectively.
Possibly manage projects and provide technical contributions when needed.
Negotiate client contracts, ensuring adherence to billing and contract standards.
Act as a brand ambassador at conferences and events relevant to the semiconductor industry.

A Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred).
Established relationships and knowledge of the semiconductor industry in Arizona.
A proven track record in exceeding client expectations through project management.
8+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry or facilities construction/operations.
At least 3 years of leadership experience managing teams.
5+ years managing facilities infrastructure projects.
Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
The ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Knowledge of engineering, construction, and business development terms.
