
Customer Insight Analyst

This analyst translates data into actionable insights that drive improvements in product and overall business performance. The role integrates and analyzes information from multiple data sources to identify emerging trends, uncover key performance drivers, and quantify impact.
In close partnership with Product, Engineering, Merchandising, and other cross-functional teams, the analyst helps define KPI and measurement strategies-including A/B testing-develops clear, KPI-aligned reporting, and communicates a comprehensive performance narrative through concise, structured storytelling and practical recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize
Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and other reporting tools
to evaluate performance and identify opportunities that enhance Product team initiatives and support cross-functional business stakeholders. Conduct comprehensive analyses to uncover key drivers of emerging trends, quantify impacts, and provide clear, actionable recommendations aligned with stakeholder objectives. Develop and maintain
KPI-aligned dashboards and custom reports , integrating multiple data sources and complex queries to deliver insights tailored to diverse audiences. Advise on
success metrics, KPI strategy, and product health indicators
across product teams, promoting standardization of definitions and measurement practices. Support
A/B testing and experimentation
by collaborating on test design and measurement plans, monitoring outcomes, interpreting results, and communicating holistic impact through structured, concise storytelling. 2+ years of experience
in analytics or insights roles, preferably in digital, product, or business analytics. Proficient in Adobe Analytics and Power BI
(or comparable BI tools), with experience in dashboard development and performance reporting. Skilled in
trend and driver analysis , translating findings into actionable recommendations that inform business decisions. Strong
analytical acumen
with the ability to connect insights to business outcomes and optimization opportunities. Experienced in
building KPI-driven dashboards
and clearly communicating performance insights to diverse audiences. Adept at working with
complex datasets
and integrating multiple data sources. Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills , with a talent for presenting insights through structured, persuasive storytelling. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of
managing multiple priorities
in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
