The Opportunity As a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in our rapidly expanding Salesforce practice, which drives enterprise-level implementations across all project phases: discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy. Once projects are secured, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. In this role, you will develop and integrate user interfaces across platforms like mobile, web, and tablet. Your expertise in agile methodologies will be essential in delivering innovative technological solutions to enhance our revenue generation efforts. Your Key Responsibilities Identify customer needs and develop front-end components and services essential for our software architecture. Define and execute deliverables efficiently while managing resources and budgets. Participate actively in client sessions, leading discussions and documenting system requirements. Ensure compliance with project economics and timelines, while maintaining quality and risk management standards. Maintain chargeability levels with a focus on billable hours to external clients, which may involve travel based on client needs. Skills and Attributes for Success Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions across various audience levels. Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end-to-end implementation experience. Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, including APEX APIs, VisualForce, and AppExchange. Experience in solution design and identifying gaps in the current architecture. Capability to create and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies and application development tools. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to solve complex problems. To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have A four-year Bachelor's degree in Business Systems or a relevant field. 2-4 years of experience in a related field with hands-on configuration and customization. Familiarity with relational database concepts and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong leadership and client development skills, capable of travel as needed.
