Opportunity Overview This is a pivotal role within our rapidly expanding Salesforce practice, focused on delivering smooth and effective Salesforce.com implementations. As a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be the primary point of contact for clients post-sale, ensuring that our projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget constraints. In this essential position, you will lead the development and integration of user interfaces across various platforms, leveraging agile methodologies to create innovative solutions that drive organizational growth and revenue. Your Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop critical front-end components and services. Define and oversee project deliverables with a focus on operational efficiency. Ensure successful project completion while maintaining detailed engagement reports. Actively participate in client meetings, taking on either a team member or leadership role as necessary. Willingness to travel as needed to meet client demands. Skills and Attributes for Success Outstanding oral and written communication skills; comfortable leading discussions with diverse audiences. Extensive experience in leading discovery meetings to gather system requirements. Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) CRM, with participation in multiple end-to-end implementations. Experience with Salesforce integrations and various middleware tools. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies, including APEX APIs and VisualForce. Proficient in configuring Salesforce.com and related workflows. Adept at designing solutions on the Salesforce platform, identifying performance gaps effectively. Experience in collaborating with developers on specifications for custom code or data migration. Strong skills in project resource and timeline management. Sharp eye for identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Systems or a related field. 2-4 years of relevant experience in implementing Salesforce.com within team environments. Familiarity with relational database concepts. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent leadership and client relationship-building skills. Relevant Salesforce certifications. Willingness to travel as necessary to meet client demands. Preferred Qualifications Degree emphasis in fields such as Computer Science or IT; a Master's degree is a plus.
