About the Role This is a unique opportunity to elevate your expertise in a dynamic and rapidly growing field. Our Salesforce practice leads transformative Salesforce.com implementations, covering every phase from discovery to deployment. You will be the primary contact for clients once the sales process concludes, ensuring timely project delivery while remaining within budget constraints. Your Responsibilities In this crucial role, you will identify customer needs and develop vital front-end components and services that drive our technological success and enhance revenue growth. Define and execute deliverables with a keen focus on efficiency. Ensure the completion of all project deliverables while managing engagement economics reports. Oversee resource planning, budget management, and project status tracking. Engage with clients as a workstream member or as a team leader. Be prepared to travel as required, maintaining chargeability levels with billable hours. Skills and Attributes for Success To thrive in this position, you will need a combination of technical expertise and exceptional interpersonal skills. Outstanding communication skills to effectively engage diverse audiences. Experience leading sessions to gather system requirements and understand client business processes. Proven success in multiple end-to-end Salesforce (SFDC) CRM implementations. Integration experience along with familiarity with various middleware tools. Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, including APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, VisualForce, and custom development. Proficiency in Salesforce.com configuration, Workflow Alerts, Actions, and Approval Workflows. Able to lead solution design and pinpoint gaps in existing systems. Experience managing project timelines and finances for successful project delivery. Strong problem-solving skills and expertise in risk management. Understanding of agile delivery methodologies and application development tools. A customer-centric focus that promotes relationship-building and trust. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Systems or a related field. 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com implementations, including configuration and customization. Understanding of relational database concepts is essential. Strong leadership, client development, and communication skills. Salesforce certifications are highly preferred. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications A higher degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline. Previous consulting experience is a plus.
