Job Description
Assist clients with legal matters related to life sciences and technology transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements and contracts. Provide strategic legal advice to clients in the life sciences and technology industries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance. Conduct legal research and provide insights on industry-specific regulations. Support clients in intellectual property licensing and collaborations. Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service. Juris Doctor Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in Massachusetts. Successful candidates will have excellent drafting skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment. Expertise in life sciences and technology transactions. Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents. Knowledge of intellectual property licensing and corporate transactions.
