Title: Senior SAP S/4 Service Cloud Consultant (Utilities)
Duration: 6 Months Contract with potential extension
Location : 100% Onsite in Tacoma, WA 90409
Schedule: MON-FRI, working onsite 4 days per week
Top Skills: SAP Service Cloud Utilities Call Center solution to ensure they are aligned with business requirements Been part of at least one green field end-to-end SAP CRM 7.X Utilities Call Center implementation Must have done 1 greenfield implementation experience on Utility Call center.
Responsibilities include: • Analyze client business processes and requirements to develop tailored SAP Service Cloud Utilities Call Center solution • Configure and hands on with the testing of SAP Service Cloud Utilities Call Center solution to ensure they are aligned with business requirements • Provide expert guidance on utilities industry best practice with SAP Service Cloud Utilities Call Center Solution • Manage project work and customer expectations throughout the project life cycle • Review and provide guidance to functional team in business process document/functional specs write-up; configure the system and problem solving • Collaborate with cross-functional teams both internal and external, including developers and offshore teams
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: • Must have experience working for a Utilities company, following utility business processes, especially in customer service: customer interaction, account identification and MIMO process • Hand-on experience in configure SAP Service Cloud and SAP S4HANA IS-U for system integration • In-depth understanding of SAP ISU data model • In-depth understanding of SAP Service Cloud Project Life Cycle in pre and post go live activities • In-depth understanding of MIMO process • In-depth understanding of SAP Service Cloud Utilities Call Center standard functionalities • In-depth understanding of data replication between SAP Service Cloud Utilities Call Center solution with SAP S4HANA IS-U • In-depth understanding of the extensibility framework of SAP Service Cloud Utilities Call Center solution with SAP S4HANA IS-U • Excellent oral communication skills, solid work history
