Non-Exempt/Part Time Seasonal ORGANIZATION MISSION: We prepare youth and young adults to be ready for college, career, and life. POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay by assisting with content creation, community engagement, and brand awareness initiatives. This role will also provide occasional support to the Human Resources team with recruitment and internal communications. This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit marketing and HR operations while contributing to an organization that positively impacts youth in the Tampa Bay community. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing Support Assist with creating content for social media, newsletters, and marketing materials Help capture photos, videos, and stories that highlight Club programs, events, and youth impact Support the planning and promotion of events, campaigns, and community initiatives Monitor social media engagement and help track marketing metrics Assist with updating website content and maintaining brand consistency Human Resources Support Assist HR with posting internship and seasonal job openings Help review resumes and coordinate interview scheduling Support new hire onboarding preparation (documents, orientation materials, etc.) Assist with internal communications or employee engagement initiatives *Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Current college student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with social media platforms and basic content creation Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Passion for community impact and youth development TRAVEL: Travel may be required to multiple Club facilities throughout Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas County for training and/or other business purposes.
