Launching marketing insights using Pega CDH Converting campaign executions into omnichannel strategies Defining decisioning requirements Collaborating with cross-functional teams Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications:
3+ years of Marketing Campaign Orchestration experience Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field Experience with Pega CDH Strong SQL and analytics skills Experience in Agile environments Strong communication skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects Desired Qualifications:
Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant or similar Experience with Omnichannel Personalization strategies Knowledge of Predictive Modeling and Segmentation Experience with tools like Databricks, Tableau Experience in Digital Banking personalization
