A Day in the Life:
As a Senior CRM Analyst at Hertz, you will support the development, deployment, and analysis of email, SMS, and push messages for Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty global brands. You will be an expert in building triggered communications, with a focus on end-to-end email and SMS development, maintaining and improving automations, and maintaining robust QA systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and solve them using best-in-class CRM solutions. This role involves managing campaigns with rigorous testing frameworks and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
What You'll Do:
Develops, executes, and monitors email, SMS, and push campaigns across Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty global brands, including development, implementation, optimization, and maintenance.
Manages QA and testing standards for CRM messaging to ensure 100% accuracy.
Utilizes Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Knak, Movable Ink, internal and external data extensions, automations, automated triggers, and journey management tools.
Collaborates with marketing leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver data-driven marketing solutions.
Manages CRM deadlines, calendars, documentation, and campaign tagging frameworks.
Monitors campaign key performance indicators to maintain deliverability, identify areas for growth and optimization, and ensure overall program health.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience working with Salesforce, particularly Marketing Cloud, in a marketing or operations role required.
Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, automations, customer journeys, and A/B testing.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to influence decisions and drive process improvements.
Proficiency in AMPScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
Experience in the car rental or travel industry is a plus.
This position starts at $75K commensurate or experience
