Develop and deliver creative concepts and ideas, founded in insights, across all platforms for briefs and new business pitches

Develop platform idea and work with planning function to determine parameters for success

Preferred Qualifications

8-12 years of creative agency experience (some in‑house is okay, as long as it was a great house)
A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Fine Arts, Advertising or Graphic Design
A professional‑level mastery of industry‑standard design software and tools including the full suite of Adobe Creative Cloud, Powerpoint and a working knowledge of Figma

You should be:\nA social-first thinker fluent in TikTok, Instagram, apps we’ve never heard of, and niche internet subcultures\nStrategic and collaborative, with a proven track record of big ideas and big wins\nExperienced in 360 campaigns with an earned-first mindset\nObsessed with making smart, standout, award-winning work\nEgo-free, self-starting, and deeply team-oriented\nBONUS: a sports fan, specifically an NFL geek\nResponsibilities:\nWork in partnership with an Senior Art Director, and with the direction of creative leadership to concept and plan execution of integrated campaigns and programs across a wide range of media and platforms, especially social, digital, video, experiences, and content.\nConcept and write campaign ideas for client projects and new business pitches that are earned-first and social by design.\nWork in concert with a wide range of specialties including account, strategy, project management, and influencers.\nDevelop tactics that bring creative concepts to life and achieve program objectives.\nManage multiple jobs simultaneously, managing and providing direction to other team members as needed.\nWork closely with a project manager and production partners to schedule projects and coordinate production.\nPrepare and present client creative presentations and drive client approval process.\nWork effectively with external vendors and internal colleagues to complete projects within timeframe and budget\nQualifications:\nAt least 4 years of experience in marketing, advertising or social media\nA bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, Advertising, Communications, or related major\nPortfolio and capability expectations:\nA killer online portfolio with proven recent examples of social, traditional, earned, digital, and experiential campaigns\nPrevious roles in advertising, copywriting, and a portfolio of ideas and executions demonstrating strong use of copy, tone, and voice across multiple channels and platforms, as well as long and short copy formats\nStrong, persuasive presentation skills to sell in creative work to internal and external stakeholders\nExperience maintaining client contact as needed, building camaraderie to develop trusting relationships\nThe ability to collaborate with PMs and other departments to lead and move projects forward, assisting with budget and schedule development, and potentially managing junior creatives’ work\nAbility to prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical project timelines while maintaining a high-level of craft and detail in a fast-paced environment\nA professional-level mastery of industry-standard software and writing tools including MS Word, PowerPoint, as well as a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Could and Figma\nOn-site production/writing experience for events, activations as well as video, digital, and social platforms\nPride in your previous work and the ability to speak to it clearly and concisely during the interview process\nCompensation and benefits:\n$72,000 - $115,000 a year\nAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees.
