Assembly- Documentation Details: Temporary position $ 16.50 / hour Full Time work available First Shift Temporary Assembly Worker Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (10-hour shifts) About the Role: We are seeking a diligent and dependable Assembly Worker to join our production team in a dynamic manufacturing plant environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, possess strong manual dexterity, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. If you're looking for consistent work with a set four-day schedule, we encourage you to apply. Assembly- Documentation Qualifications: Key Responsibilities: Perform various assembly tasks precisely according to specifications, diagrams, or verbal instructions. Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and effectively to meet production goals. Conduct thorough quality checks on components and finished products to ensure they meet required standards. Identify and report any defective materials, equipment malfunctions, or production issues to supervisors promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to all company safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and achieve daily production targets. Assist with other production-related duties as required to support overall operations.
