Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Associate
Fast-paced customer service and order fulfillment role supporting warehouse operations and client pickup coordination daily. Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Associate Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Assist customers with orders, pickups, and product inquiries in a fast-paced environment Process sales and purchase orders accurately using internal systems Coordinate will-call pickups, shipping, and delivery scheduling Receive, organize, and track inventory to ensure accuracy Support administrative tasks and maintain an organized workspace Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Associate Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, order fulfillment, or warehouse support Proficient with basic computer programs; experience with order management or inventory systems preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment Must have sage or quick books*** Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including creating and using formulas for data management Strong Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyze data using formulas Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
