Customer Service Representative Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm) Responsibilities: Track shipments and provide real-time updates on delivery status Resolve customer concerns related to delays, damages, or order discrepancies Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and transportation teams to ensure timely service Enter and maintain accurate order and shipment data in company systems Process orders, returns, and service requests in a timely manner Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary Maintain strong relationships with clients through professional and responsive communication Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ years of customer service, logistics, or call center experience preferred Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry systems, or CRM/TMS platforms) Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
