Temp-to-Hire position $ 16.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday) Training period (first 3 months): M-F 6:00 AM 2:30 PM with Post-training: M-F 7:00 AM 3:30 PM, 30-minute lunch breaks Interact directly with customers via phone, email, web channels, or in person Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, questions, and complaints Collect and assess information to resolve issues effectively Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate team member or department Document inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken Process product returns Must have experience in customer contact engagement via phones, web-based and emails. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) Typing speed of at least 40 WPM Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Active listening and clear, approachable speech Strong problem analysis and resolution skills Team-oriented attitude Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
