Position Purpose:
Serve as an enthusiastic host, the primary source of information for our members, and create an enjoyable and energetic atmosphere for all. Core Purpose:
To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners. Key Responsibilities: Welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism. Provide detailed information about gym services, programs, and membership options. Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback swiftly and respectfully. Manage check-in processes using the gym’s management system. Oversee and respond to check-in alerts efficiently. Keep the front desk area tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Process payments for memberships, classes, and retail items. Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure member and staff well-being. Manage inventory for beverages and gym items, keeping track of sales performance. Maintain a clean facility through regular inspections and upkeep of locker rooms and bathrooms. Qualifications: Experience in customer service or front desk operations. Familiarity with or a strong interest in the fitness industry is advantageous. Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with a customer-focused mindset. Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with gym management software. Strong organizational capabilities and problem-solving skills. Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed. Alignment with our Core Values is essential! Requirements: CPR certification is needed within 30 days of hire. Mandatory training attendance is required within 30 days of employment. Compliance with all company policies and operational procedures. Able to work in a gym setting; mobility across various areas and effective communication with members and staff. Capability to lift over 40 lbs. and perform routine bending. Competence in using computer systems for document preparation, data entry, and reporting. Hourly Pay Range:
