Position Overview:
As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will be the welcoming face of our gym, dedicated to creating an enjoyable experience for members, guests, and staff alike. Responsibilities: Welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism. Provide comprehensive information about gym services, programs, and membership options. Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints from members in a swift and respectful manner. Manage check-ins for members and guests using our gym management system. Oversee and respond to check-in alerts and notifications. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, stocked with essential supplies. Process membership payments, class enrollments, and retail transactions efficiently. Adhere to safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all gym members and staff. Manage inventory levels for beverages and bar items, tracking sales performance as necessary. Contribute to a clean, well-kept facility by performing gym walks, picking up litter, restocking supplies, and checking locker rooms and bathrooms. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or a front desk role is preferred. A strong interest in fitness or related experience would be advantageous. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with gym management software. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must align with and embrace our Core Values. Requirements: CPR certification is required within 30 days of hire. Attendance at all mandatory training sessions within the first 30 days is necessary. Comply with all company policies and standard operating procedures, subject to updates. Ability to navigate the gym environment, interacting effectively with members, staff, and the public. Physical ability to bend and lift over 40 lbs. as needed. Competency in using company computer systems for documentation, data entry, and report generation. Compensation:
