Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Editing

Draft Instagram captions, short‑form video scripts, email content, and blog posts

Assist in creating educational and emotionally resonant storytelling content

Edit existing copy for clarity, tone, and brand consistency

Help repurpose long‑form content into short‑form assets (Reels, carousels, quotes, etc.)

Social Media Strategy & Calendar Management

Build and maintain a monthly social media content calendar

Schedule and organize posts across platforms

Research trending topics, audio, and cultural moments relevant to our audience

Assist in tracking content performance and engagement metrics Brand & Research Support

Conduct research on menopause, hormonal skin changes, and industry trends

Monitor competitor activity and emerging beauty brands

Assist in developing educational materials and brand storytelling frameworks

Support development of affiliate, OB/GYN, or partnership‑facing materials

About the Role We are seeking a creative, organized Content & Brand Marketing Intern to support our growing digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about beauty, storytelling, social media strategy, and building culturally relevant brands. You will work closely with the founder to create, edit, and organize content across platforms while helping execute our content calendar and support broader brand initiatives.
