Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Maintain a safe and secure environment for associates and customers; Provide visible command presence and greeting at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor; Monitor for potential theft indicators and communicate with store leadership and loss prevention; Assist in minimizing operational shortage and educate associates on shortage reduction initiatives; Support loss prevention initiatives and adhere to company policies and best practices
