Central Phoenix non-profit seeks a Bilingual Customer Service Associate with excellent data-entry skills. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. Responsible for providing the highest level of professional assistance to clients, board members, and internal customers. Responsibilities

Answer multiple phone lines with the correct greeting for each line of service Assign referrals to contractors and provide customer information Initiate 20-minute follow-up calls with customers Provide information on programs, rebates & energy efficiency tips Retrieve voice mail messages and return or redirect calls Retrieve emails and return or redirect emails. Take messages by obtaining accurate and concise information Provide rebate processing procedures, requirements, and status to customers Seek resolution of customer complaints Prepare and mail disqualification letters Prepare request(s) for missing and/or incorrect information to contractors and/or customers for rebate applications Data enter rebate applications into web-based software Data enter referral calls and information sheets into MS Access databases Look up and confirm the status of contractor license numbers on the AZROC website & status of the BBB rating of members Alphabetize and file applications Assist the Rebate Processing Department as needed Assist the Education Department in preparing for classes Provide additional support to fellow team members Perform other duties as assigned Responsible for opening and/or closing office Qualifications

Bilingual preferred Spanish/English Computers and related software including MS Office, Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook Document imaging/scanning hardware and software and experience creating electronic copies of documents Standard office practices, procedures & equipment Use of correct spelling, grammar & punctuation
