Position Summary
:
The
Orascoptic
Sales Representative
will
be responsible for
promoting and selling
loupes
and light systems
with superior magnification and resolution
to
healthcare clinicians
.
The role will play a crucial role in driving sales and building
and
maintaining
relationships with healthcare clinicians. E
ssential Duties and Responsibilities
: Strategically develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales
goal
.
Build and
maintain
strong customer relationships in assigned territory to become a trusted advisor and support company branding efforts.
Utilize CRM to
properly manage
sales opportunities within the territory.
Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity to support sales.
Deliver
product
presentations, and
demonstrations,
and
provide
post-sale technical support
to healthcare
clinicians.
Identify
customer needs and pursue
new sales
opportunities in
assigned
territory.
Collaborate with various departments including Customer Care, Technical Support, and Manufacturing to ensure prompt and quality customer service is provided.
Contribute to product innovation by obtaining insight from healthcare clinicians and working with others and contributing
new ideas
.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional material
.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to
provide
valuable insights to the management team
.
Attend
dental trade shows and
academia
events to promote and sell products.
Travels
domestically
(ground/air) up to 50%.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree highly preferred Minimum of 2 years of relevant B2B or B2C sales or customer facing experience Skills and Abilities: Ability to travel up to 50% via ground or air required (2 nights per month overnight) Ability to learn business systems (i.e. CRM software and other sales tools) required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. Ability to build and maintain good rapport and handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness required. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills required. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Territory/Travel: Geography includes: Utah and Nevada; the ideal candidate should live in Salt Lake City Car allowance and mileage reimbursement provided (Motus) Hotel and flights covered through Concur; including food allotment when traveling overnight Physical Demands:
