Job Details The Lead Superintendent has full responsibility for on-site construction operations from project start through completion. This role owns schedule execution, safety, quality, and subcontractor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all daily jobsite operations

Manage subcontractors and field staff

Drive schedule, quality, and safety performance

Coordinate closely with Project Management and ownership

Maintain site logistics and inspections

Qualifications

10+ years of multifamily construction experience

Proven success leading large, ground-up projects

Strong leadership and communication skills

Deep understanding of construction sequencing and safety
