Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior ERP LN Functional Consultant with expertise in Sales and Service modules to provide functional guidance and act as a business process expert.

This role involves understanding business requirements, designing conceptual solutions, coordinating with development teams, and supporting end-users through training and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional expertise in Sales and Service modules of Infor ERP LN.
Understand business requirements and translate them into conceptual design documents.
Coordinate with development teams for solution implementation.
Test developed solutions to ensure quality and functionality.
Train business users and prepare training documentation.
Extend ongoing support to business support owners.
Assist in integration processes and recommend best practices.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales and Service modules (CRM and Order Management) of Infor ERP LN.
Strong knowledge of Infor ERP LN application functions and features.
Ability to articulate, document, and present application strategies effectively.
Sound understanding of integration business processes.
Proven ability to analyze requirements and recommend solutions within Infor ERP LN.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Infor LN Logistics – Sales Order Management.
