Position Summary The Inside Sales Representative supports the growth of heavy‑duty OEM aftermarket parts sales by working closely with dealer partners, fleet customers, and field sales teams. This role focuses on generating parts sales opportunities, supporting national and regional fleet programs, and strengthening relationships with the dealer network.

The Inside Sales Aftermarket Parts Representative plays a key role in driving aftermarket revenue by providing proactive sales support, product knowledge, and responsive customer service to both dealers and fleet accounts. This role reports to the Vice President Parts Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Support dealer partners by promoting aftermarket parts programs and product offerings.

Assist dealers with parts inquiries, pricing support, and program information.

Help identify opportunities to increase parts penetration within dealer markets.

Coordinate with dealer parts managers to support sales initiatives and promotional programs.

Fleet Account Support

Assist field sales and national account managers in supporting fleet customers.

Respond to fleet inquiries related to parts availability, pricing, and product information.

Help execute fleet parts programs and track program performance.

Provide follow‑up support to ensure fleets receive consistent service across the dealer network.

Identify new sales opportunities through inbound inquiries and proactive outreach.

Support targeted sales campaigns to increase aftermarket parts revenue.

Assist with converting competitive aftermarket products to OEM parts solutions.

Maintain consistent communication with dealers and fleets to drive repeat business.

Order Coordination & Customer Service

Assist with order processing, product inquiries, and customer support.

Work closely with distribution centers, product teams, and dealers to resolve customer issues.

Ensure timely and accurate communication regarding order status and parts availability.

Data & Reporting

Track sales activity, account interactions, and opportunities within CRM systems.

Monitor parts sales trends and identify growth opportunities.

Support reporting and analysis related to fleet programs and dealer performance.

Who are you? Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience

5 years of sales, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred.

Experience in heavy‑duty trucking, aftermarket parts, or distribution environments is a plus.

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Sales‑oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth.

Ability to support multiple accounts and priorities.

Strong problem‑solving and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of heavy‑duty truck parts or mechanical systems preferred.

Proficiency with CRM and sales tracking tools.

For this position, the base pay is set at $83,500 – $103,100 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work‑related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience.
