Job Details This role supports customers through timely, accurate, and professional service in a fast-paced call center environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and process service requests that directly impact customer satisfaction and daily operations.
Shift: 1st shift 8am to 5pm, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact, confidently handling a high volume of inbound customer calls
Deliver exceptional service by answering questions related to billing, scheduling, and service support
Efficiently process payments, service updates, and work orders with accuracy and care
Clearly document customer interactions to ensure seamless follow‑up and resolution
Consistently meet quality and productivity standards in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
Proactive and self-motivated professional, able to think independently.
