147439 Job Location: In-Person, $21/Hour, 10-Hour Day Shifts, Monday-ThursdayFull-Time Our client provides integrated, nationwide logistics services for a wide range of businesses,
and they are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team! Your day-to-day as a Customer Service Representative: Utilize the client system to process outbound shipments, ensuring accurate PO matching, load assignments, and order closure with proper documentation Verify and scan inbound shipments through the system, ensuring all products are accounted for and delivery records are properly updated Communicate directly with the client to resolve discrepancies related to barcodes, load quantities, or shipment issues Generate and print LPN labels for inbound products Prepare and submit end-of-shift reports detailing inbound and outbound shipments, utilizing Excel and the client system Your skills and experience: High school or college degree required Previous experience in administrativework and date entry Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow client-specific processes Ability to lift up to 50 lbs What you can expect from ETS: Health insurance, referral program, and more Weekly pay Brand NEW exclusive ETS benefit: Get paid whenever you need with earned wages on-demand.
