Salesforce Business Analyst
Skills: Banking Business Analysis
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Work with business stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and objectives.
Document requirements through BRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Analyze business needs and map them to Salesforce functionalities.
Solution Design & Collaboration
Partner with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Architects to design scalable solutions.
Recommend Salesforce features and best practices based on industry standards.
Support configuration decisions including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, etc.
Project Delivery
Support end to end project lifecycle from planning to go live.
Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure requirements are met.
Assist in UAT planning, testing, and validating solutions before deployment.
Documentation & Training
Prepare user documentation, training material, and release notes.
Conduct training sessions to improve user adoption.
Support post deployment activities and enhancements.
Data & Reporting
Analyze data requirements and support data migration activities.
Build or assist in building reports & dashboards to support business insights.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
Provide ongoing recommendations for platform improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other clouds.
Ability to create flows, reports, and dashboards (even if not an Admin role).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Experience using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc.
Business Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills.
Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories.
Preferred Certifications
S alesforce Certified Administrator (ADMa `201)
Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
Agile certifications (CSM, PSM) are a plus
Typical Experience
6+ years of experience in business analysis.
