Key Responsibilities

Reach out to individuals requesting information on supplemental benefits

Schedule and conduct Zoom meetings with clients

Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing ones to fit client needs

Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

Perform benefit reviews and assist with claims or adjustmentsProvide attentive customer service and administrative support

Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns

Ensure documentation is accurate and updated on schedule
