Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with facility managers, data centers, and key decision-makers within target accounts. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and close. Identify opportunities for UPS, HVAC, and generator replacement or maintenance solutions. Partner with internal operations and field teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. Track and forecast sales metrics, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. Work toward achieving annual revenue and growth goals aligned with company targets Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings Collaborate directly with the CEO and CRO to drive strategic growth initiatives. Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in the critical power, electrical, or UPS industry, or 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in a related field such as HVAC, building systems, or industrial services. Proven success in consultative or solution-based sales environments. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to manage a regional territory. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 40% within the Southeast. Background or established network working with Facilities Managers, Data Centers, IT Managers, Construction Companies, or Engineering Firms is a strong plus.
