Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Benefits Consultant located in Bismarck, ND, with some flexibility to work from home. In this role, you will assess client needs, provide expert consultation on employee benefits, and design tailored solutions using Aflac's range of insurance products. You will collaborate with businesses to educate employees on available benefits options, ensuring they understand and maximize their coverage. Additionally, you will assist with ongoing benefits administration, build strong customer relationships, and provide exceptional service. Qualifications
Expertise in Benefits Administration and Consulting Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Insurance products Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment Experience in benefits consulting or insurance is a plus Ability and willingness to obtain Insurance Licensure - Health, Accident and Life
