large, mission-driven managed care organization in New York
seeking an exceptional
Chief Growth Officer
to help lead enterprise growth, sales strategy, and strategic partnerships. This is a
high-visibility executive leadership role
reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer and responsible for driving growth initiatives, expanding market share, and leading a large sales and business development organization. The position oversees a substantial sales infrastructure, including regional leadership and hundreds of field representatives, making it an opportunity for a
dynamic, competitive, and operationally strong growth leader . What You’ll Do Lead
enterprise growth strategy
across multiple lines of business Build and expand
strategic partnerships
with healthcare organizations, community groups, and key stakeholders Oversee large
Medicaid and managed care sales teams
and drive performance across regions Develop and execute
market expansion strategies
across NYC, Long Island, and Westchester Collaborate with executive leadership, marketing, strategy, and operations to scale growth initiatives Lead
sales forecasting, market analysis, and competitive positioning Evaluate new partnerships and emerging markets to expand membership and revenue Support product development, pricing strategy, and go-to-market planning Qualifications: 12+ years of progressive sales/business development experience 7+ years in senior leadership managing large sales teams Experience building
go-to-market strategies and corporate sales plans Proven success growing
new sales channels and partnerships Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and leadership presence Managed care or health insurance experience
