Laundry Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven professional to help grow our commercial laundry business. The Laundry Sales Manager will focus on developing new client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and expanding our presence within the apparel and denim industry. This role works closely with brand partners as well as internal development and production teams to help turn development projects into long-term production programs.
Responsibilities
Identify and secure new brand partnerships within the apparel and denim industry.
Generate new laundry development and production programs.
Convert development and sampling projects into long-term production orders.
Build strong relationships with brand partners, sourcing teams, and product development teams.
Support the company’s overall revenue growth within the commercial laundry division.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with apparel brands, denim companies, and fashion labels.
Present the company’s laundry capabilities and services to potential clients.
Develop strategic partnerships that generate new production programs.
Work closely with internal development teams to coordinate sampling and wash development.
Follow up on development projects to convert samples into bulk production.
Support pricing discussions and commercial negotiations with clients.
Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in apparel sales, garment laundry, denim production, or textile business development.
Existing relationships with apparel brands, sourcing offices, or product development teams preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams including development, production, and logistics.
Fluent in
English
(Spanish is a plus)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of new client accounts developed.
Revenue generated from new laundry programs.
Conversion of sampling and development projects into production.
Growth of long-term brand partnerships.
Work Location Reporting To Operations Director / Commercial Director
Travel Requirements Occasional travel may be required for client visits, brand meetings, production follow-ups, trade shows, and other business development opportunities.
