is looking to add a

Real Estate Associate and Senior Associate

to its

New York City team , supporting the

origination and execution of commercial real estate credit investments . This role sits within a

lean and highly active deal team , providing direct exposure to the full lifecycle of transactions across

commercial real estate debt opportunities . The team is seeking candidates who can

step into the role with minimal ramp-up , ideally from

commercial banks, debt funds, or reputable real estate lending platforms . The position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior investment professionals in the team across

origination, underwriting, transaction management, and loan closing . Ideal Candidate Background

2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate - ideally in originations. Background in

commercial real estate lending, debt funds, or institutional credit platforms Direct exposure to

origination and executing commercial real estate loans Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Experience working across

multiple commercial property types Ability to operate effectively in a

lean, deal-oriented team environment Key Responsibilities

Originations Support

Partner with senior originators to

evaluate and screen new commercial real estate lending opportunities Conduct

initial deal sizing, underwriting, and financial analysis Prepare

investment committee memos and credit materials Analyze property-level performance, borrower financials, and market dynamics Execution / Transaction Management

Lead or support the

execution of commercial real estate loan transactions Manage the

due diligence process , coordinating with internal teams, borrowers, and external advisors Oversee the

closing process

for new debt investments Interface directly with

borrowers, originators, legal counsel, and third-party service providers
