Enterprise Partnerships Lead (Fractional)

AI-Powered Women, Boston, MA, United States

Overview AI-Powered Women is an MIT-anchored leadership and workforce readiness platform helping organizations close the

human readiness gap in AI transformation . While companies are investing billions in AI infrastructure, the real constraint is now

leadership capability, workforce readiness, and responsible adoption . Across industries, one pattern is clear: AI initiatives increasingly stall not because the technology fails, but because organizations underestimate the human, cultural, and leadership shifts required for successful adoption.

To address this challenge, AI-Powered Women has recently launched AI readiness programs for women professionals inside organizations of

5,000+ employees

designed to support leadership readiness and workforce capability in the AI era, including:

90-day AI Leadership Readiness Cohorts

for women leaders across functions

Human-Centered AI Leadership Certification

and applied learning programs

Enterprise partnerships

supporting workforce AI capability and responsible AI adoption

Participation in the

AI-Powered Women Conference at MIT , one of the largest convenings focused on women leaders and human-centered AI
