Digital Media Analyst
will play a key role in programmatic and paid social media planning, execution, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize media performance.
Location Basking Ridge, NJ
Work Setup Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday in office, Monday & Friday remote)
Hours 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Digital Media Analyst Responsibilities
Support programmatic and paid social media campaign execution and optimization across multiple inventory types.
Assist with cross-channel media planning and reporting to support business and brand objectives.
Input media buys into billing systems and assist with reconciliation of media buys and invoicing to ensure compliance.
Monitor pacing, generate ad hoc reports, and maintain accurate media plan actualizations.
Collaborate with Digital Media teams including Consumer, Brand, Business, Search, Social, and Analytics.
Support workflow management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Help manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate timelines across departments.
Assist with budget tracking, invoice approvals, and approval workflow monitoring.
Digital Media Analyst Qualifications Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant professional experience.
Two or more years of experience in digital media, marketing, agency, or consultative services.
Hands-on experience with programmatic and search media strategy and investment.
Experience with media planning and buying platforms such as Media Ocean or Prisma.
Strong proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Tableau.
Demonstrated experience supporting budget management and invoicing processes.
Exceptional organization skills with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Marketing or related field.
Experience in programmatic and/or paid social media advertising.
Knowledge of advertising channels including TV, audio, OOH, display (desktop/mobile), digital video, and social media.
Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and produce actionable reporting.
Experience with media accounting systems such as Media Ocean and Prisma.
Familiarity with production SaaS platforms such as Prodigy.
Ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams.
