This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in South Milwaukee, WI. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee and implement marketing strategies, build and maintain client relationships, and manage outreach initiatives to drive business growth. Responsibilities include developing sales plans, executing campaigns, engaging in client meetings, and identifying areas for market expansion. Collaboration with the operations team to align marketing efforts with company goals is also a key aspect of this role. Qualifications

Sales and strategy skills, including experience in creating and executing sales and marketing plans Client relationship management and customer engagement capabilities Experience in branding, event planning, and outreach initiatives Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Relevant technology skills including proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and marketing tools Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Experience in the restoration or cleaning industry is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Valid driver\'s license and ability to travel for business needs
