and are looking for a Business Development Associate to help build and grow our HR/Total Rewards division. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment. You will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research. Responsibilities
Generate new leads (phone, email, LinkedIn) to potential clients to establish a relationship, network, and win new business Pulling and qualifying client hiring needs to understand the role and goals of the company Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments Set up virtual meetings with potential clients Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data Qualifications
Experience Selling to and HR Vendor/Payroll Service/HR Software Staffing Firm experience a PLUS Knowledge of HR/Total Rewards Go-Getters What We Offer:
