Technical Business Analyst
with strong expertise in
Salesforce Lightning
and
Marketing Cloud
to support troubleshooting, data integrity, feature optimization, and cross‑functional enablement. This role acts as the SME for Salesforce/MC issues and bridges business needs with scalable technical solutions. What You’ll Do
Provide advanced user support for Salesforce Lightning; troubleshoot complex tech and data integration issues. Build and enhance Salesforce reports/dashboards (cross filters, custom report types). Develop and optimize Marketing Cloud components—Cloud Pages, automations, segmentation, data flows. Partner with Marketing, Advising, and Digital Communications teams to translate business needs into solutions. Ensure data quality and consistency across Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. Document processes, enhancements, and best practices; support UAT and user adoption. Tools & Platforms
