How You’ll Make An Impact
Engage commercial customers by phone, addressing disconnect and downgrade requests to retain their business
Build lasting relationships through attentive listening and proactive support
Present customer-focused recommendations that align Spectrum products and services with business needs
Resolve business customer complaints by understanding telecom needs and acting as a consultant
Communicate with business owners, offering empathy and assurance
Re-sell and upgrade Spectrum products and services to meet customer goals
Take ownership of customer concerns, serving as the primary contact and coordinating with internal teams
Research and resolve billing inquiries
Educate clients on the competitive advantages of Spectrum’s business offerings
Document retention efforts and outcomes in Spectrum systems
Maintain punctual attendance and flexibility for overtime or weekend hours as needed

Required Qualifications Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
1+ years of sales experience
Skills
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand multiple languages (English and Spanish)
Familiarity with Spectrum Business Internet, video, music, data and telephone products
Demonstrated sales success
Understanding business telecom complexities
Proficiency with computer and software applications such as CSG and Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years’ call center experience
2+ years of customer service or phone/sales experience
B2B sales experience
Telecommunications or premise-based voice and data product sales
CSG billing software experience
Skills
Sales knowledge of complex services such as Hosted Voice and Cloud Services
