Overview
Executive Assistant to the Associate Center Director (ACD)
provides high level administrative support without immediate supervision. Resolves and completes complex administrative tasks that may include travel and itineraries, manages, schedules, facilitate/coordinate meetings and conference calls. Has the ability to produce high-quality meeting minutes and reports. Responsibilities
Oversees and coordinates administrative services for the ACD. Coordinates calendars, scheduling, and itineraries for the ACD. Initiates various meeting agendas and organizes off-sites. Communicates internal and external communications for the ACD. Create presentations for executive and/or board meetings. Create and interpret reports for executive. Credentials And Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of administrative support experience in an office setting. Minimum of two (2) years supporting an executive or director level support preferred. Preferred administrative experience in healthcare, research and/or academic setting.
