
Sales Content Marketing Manager

Overview
This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Austin, Texas.
Summary
This role supports marketing initiatives that help businesses discover and succeed with a leading digital advertising platform across multiple digital services. The Marketing Manager III will partner with global growth marketing and sales teams to develop strategic content and enablement resources that help small- to medium-sized advertisers better understand and adopt advertising solutions. The role focuses on delivering impactful B2B marketing programs that strengthen sales engagement and drive advertiser growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales-focused marketing content strategies that support engagement with small- to medium-sized advertisers.
Partner with sales leadership, marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to create content that supports revenue-driving initiatives and strengthens the effectiveness of sales outreach.
Build regionally tailored marketing content plans aligned with sales priorities and key initiatives.
Develop sales enablement materials such as presentation decks, messaging guides, and one-sheet resources, ensuring materials remain current by collaborating with multiple teams across the organization.
Contribute insights and feedback to broader marketing initiatives, helping influence content and programs that support sales and advertiser growth.
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the technology or digital advertising industry
Passion for marketing strategy and advertiser growth, with a strong foundation in sales enablement and content development
Proficient in presentation and marketing tools, with strong content creation, messaging, and storytelling skills
Familiar with sales enablement frameworks, digital marketing channels, and campaign planning
Skilled in collaborating with sales leaders, marketing teams, creative partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable using data and insights to inform marketing decisions and strategies
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
Background in marketing, digital advertising, communications, or sales enablement
Experience supporting sales organizations through marketing programs or content development is preferred
Additional Requirements
This opportunity is located in Austin, TX and requires hybrid work
The pay for this W-2 position is $67.16 per hour
This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements
