Summary We are seeking an experienced B2B marketer to support the development and execution of sales-focused marketing content that enables sales teams to effectively engage small- to medium-sized advertisers. This role sits within a global growth marketing organization focused on helping businesses of all sizes succeed through innovative advertising solutions.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience developing sales enablement materials, collaborating closely with sales leadership, and delivering content that drives measurable business impact. This role requires a highly organized marketer who can manage multiple priorities while working cross-functionally across marketing, creative, and sales teams.
What You’ll Do
Build and execute regionally tailored marketing content plans aligned to key sales priorities
Develop a deep understanding of sales workflows and motions to identify opportunities for impactful content support
Prioritize and deliver high-value one-to-one sales enablement assets that streamline sales efforts
Create and maintain sales enablement materials including presentation decks, messaging guides, and one-sheet documents
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure content reflects the latest product and messaging updates
Influence and collaborate with broader growth marketing teams to expand the value delivered to sales teams
Support initiatives that help drive engagement and growth across small- to medium-sized advertiser segments
What You Bring
5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing within the technology or digital advertising industry
Experience working closely with senior sales executives to develop and activate revenue-driving marketing initiatives
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven ability to build strong relationships with sales leaders, creative teams, and external partners
Ability to solve problems creatively and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and creative teams
Experience using data and insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making
High level of professional integrity and accountability
