Provide general administrative support to the North America Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) team and assist with day‑to‑day operational needs. Maintain and update CREM databases, trackers, and portfolio information to ensure accurate and timely data. Execute required actions for the Records Retention and Destruction program, including coordinating archive record movement with Iron Mountain. Support the North America Corporate Insurance program by assisting with documentation and record maintenance. Prepare required reporting for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and support other departmental reporting needs. Provide backup support to the New York facilities coordinator, including assistance with onsite services, vendor coordination, and general office operations. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support CREM activities and ensure timely follow‑up and issue resolution. Assist with special projects, onsite events, and departmental initiatives as directed by the manager. Your Promise to Us

Target Hiring Range: $26.50 - $28.50/hour This position is subject to the terms of Rabobank’s compensation plans and policies. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. All full-time regular positions include benefits such as healthcare, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits governed by ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
