Overview
The Middle Six is looking for an experienced Fractional Sales Manager to help our clients build stronger sales teams, improve pipeline performance, and create accountability inside their sales organizations. This role is perfect for someone who loves fixing sales systems, coaching salespeople, and turning pipeline chaos into predictable revenue. You will work directly with client teams to optimize their sales process, coach individual sales reps, and improve performance using HubSpot and modern sales tools. What You'll Do
Run regular one-on-one coaching sessions with salespeople Help reps improve pipeline management and deal strategy Hold teams accountable to activity and revenue goals Pipeline & Process Management
Review and improve deal pipelines inside HubSpot Ensure sales processes are being followed Identify gaps in follow-up, lead management, and forecasting Performance Reporting
Provide monthly performance insights and reporting Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the sales pipeline Communicate insights to client leadership Improve HubSpot workflows, pipelines, and automation Recommend tools and processes to improve efficiency Help clients implement scalable sales systems Collaboration with Marketing
Align sales and marketing efforts Ensure sales teams have the right collateral, templates, and messaging Who This Role is Perfect For
Someone who has managed sales teams or pipelines in HubSpot Loves coaching salespeople and improving performance Is comfortable working directly with clients and leadership teams Can quickly identify why deals stall and pipelines break Qualifications
5+ years experience in sales management or sales leadership Proven ability to coach and improve sales performance Excellent communication and leadership skills Comfortable working with multiple clients and industries What We Offer
